These Terms & Conditions govern your attendance at Jewels of the World (“the Exhibitionˮ). By entering the venue,
you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not attend the event.

1. Admission
   Entry to the Exhibition is free of charge but requires registration.
   The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who violates event policies, safety rules, or
   behaves in a disruptive manner.
   Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Visitor Conduct
   Visitors must:
   Follow all venue rules, security instructions, and staff directions
   Treat exhibitors, staff, and other visitors respectfully
   Refrain from bringing prohibited or dangerous items into the venue
   Aggressive behaviour, harassment, or damage to property may result in removal from the event.
3. Exhibitor Products & Information
   The Exhibition provides space for exhibitors to display their products.
   The organisers:
   Do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by exhibitors
   Are not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or warranty of any products sold
   Are not involved in transactions between visitors and exhibitors
   All purchases are strictly between the visitor and the exhibitor.
4. Limitation of Liability
   The organisers are not liable for:
   Loss or damage to any personal belongings inside or around the exhibition venue
   Any injury or death occurring at the event, except where required by law for cases of proven negligence
   Any issues, errors, or omissions relating to exhibitor information, printed materials, or product descriptions
   Any products displayed or sold by exhibitors
   Visitors attend at their own risk and are responsible for safeguarding their personal items.
5. Photography, Filming & Image Rights
   By attending the Exhibition, you acknowledge that:
   Photography and videography will take place throughout the event
   Your image may appear in photos or videos produced by the organisers or their partners
   By entering, you grant the organisers a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use these images in any
   media for promotional or editorial purposes
   You waive any rights or claims relating to the use of your image
   We recognise and respect the cultural expectations and personal preferences of our visitors. Therefore:
   Every effort will be made to respect privacy, particularly for women and families, in accordance with local
   cultural traditions.
   Our media teams are trained to film and photograph discreetly and respectfully, without intruding on personal
   space
   If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify staff on arrival — although full avoidance cannot be guaranteed.
6. Security & Safety
   Bag checks and security screening may be conducted at the entrance
   Visitors must follow emergency procedures and staff instructions in case of an incident
   Items that pose safety risks may be confiscated or prohibited
7. Data Protection
   Any personal information collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on the website.
8. Event Changes
   The organisers may modify event dates, opening hours, exhibitors, programming, or venue arrangements if
   necessary. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website where possible.
9. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
